Ms. Diane Hou received her early piano training from her father when she was five years old. With constant music around the house, she developed the interest in piano playing and pursued her music education at National Taiwan Academy of Arts. After her graduation from National Taiwan Academy of Arts with a Piano Performance degree, she came to the United States and continued her study in West Virginia University with Mr. Herman Godes and received her MM Degree of Piano Performance from the university. As a piano teacher, Ms. Hou continues to expand her knowledge by attending workshops such as the National Conference of MTNA, the Master Classes in International Keyboard Institute and Festival offered by the Mannes College of Music in New York, and the World Piano Pedagogy Conferences which enables her to renew her expertise in piano teaching approaches. Ms. Hou has been teaching piano at Raritan Music Center since 2002.
