Linh Tran - piano

Linh Bao Tran was born in Nha Trang, Vietnam and started piano lessons at the age of five. She completed her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at Biola University’s Conservatory of Music in May of 2007. Her primary teachers include Jennie Wong, Dr. Phillip Young, and Dr. Li-Shan Hung, and she has participated in masterclasses with Menahem Pressler of the Beaux Arts Trio, Bela Siki, Nelita True, Ann Schein, Dorian Leljak and the Adaskin Trio. Linh loves to teach piano and play chamber music, and co-founded the Séla Trio in 2006. She will finish her masters in piano performance at the Mason Gross School of Arts at Rutgers University in May of 2011, and currently studies with Paul Hoffmann.
